How a private consultation works

1. Contact us

Contact us by phone, email, or via the contact form if you want to ask questions before booking your appointment.

2. Book in your consultation slot

Use the online booking calendar to pick your slot for your consultation. Initial consultations are 45 minutes.

3. Attend your online consultation

This involves questions asked by your dietitian on medical history, dietary intake, daily life and your goals. Followed by nutrition education and a plan, which is led by your dietitian.

4. Receive your written nutrition plan

Following your consultation you will be emailed a complete detailed plan within 2 business days. GP letters/communication can be organised if indicated.

5. Book a review consultation if needed

Your dietitian will indicate a time-frame for a review if this is needed. We find all clients require reviews but the amount and how often is individual and will vary.
