Natalie Briggs, Founder and Head Dietitian (APD, HCPC)
Natalie is a passionate and highly experienced Clinical and Sports Dietitian who believes in cutting through the noise of the online nutrition world to deliver clear, compassionate, and evidence-based advice.
With a career spanning both paediatric and adult clinical nutrition, and extensive work with elite and international athletes, Natalie brings a wealth of knowledge to the individuals and teams she supports. She currently works at the NSW Institute of Sport, helping some of Australia’s top athletes perform at their best on the world stage.
At this time, Natalie is only taking on a small number of one-on-one clients, so she can give each case the attention it deserves. That’s why Georgia (below) is a key part of the Nutrition Habit team—offering high-quality support and expert care for those ready to take the next step in their nutrition journey.

Georgia Patterson, Dietitian (APD)
Georgia is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and a full member of Sport Dietitian Australia. Georgia brings her expertise from a Bachelor of Nutrition and Exercise Science and a Master's of Dietetics from Deakin University, as well as being a certified Personal Trainer. Georgia has extensive experience in both private and public settings, specialising in sustainable weight management, bariatric surgery, sports nutrition, chronic disease management and prevention, and gastrointestinal conditions.
Known for her warm, compassionate, and practical approach, Georgia helps clients simplify nutrition science into balanced, realistic, and sustainable strategies, focusing on nourishment rather than restriction. She is passionate about fostering a healthy relationship with food and empowering clients to feel their best in all aspects of life.
Outside of work, you'll find Georgia exploring new restaurants with friends and family, hitting the gym, or out for a run, practising what she preaches when it comes to leading a balanced, active lifestyle.
